Firm Ambassador Program
What is a Firm Ambassador?
MassCPAs Firm Ambassadors are an elite group of young professionals who serve as a link between their networks, their firms and the MassCPAs. Serving as a MassCPAs Firm Ambassador is a great way to build valuable leadership skills, make lasting connections and cultivate community within your firm.
Benefits to...
the Firm Ambassador
- Build leadership and business communication skills;
- Gain recognition as a leader in your firm and your professional community; and
- Expand your network and connect with young professionals.
the Firm Ambassador's Employer
- Promote your firm's participation in MassCPAs' Firm Sponsored Membership Program and raise awareness of membership as an employee benefit;
- Provide "concierge" service to young professionals; and
- Strengthen the relationship between the firm and MassCPAs.
MassCPAs & Its Members
- Share valuable resources, info and updates
- Bridge the connection between MassCPAs and future leaders
- Promote the value of MassCPAs involvement and event attendance.
Requirements
- MassCPAs member
- Senior or manager level
Commitments
- Two-year term (with the option to continue)
- Two meetings per year (virtual or in-person)
- Responsible for sharing event promotions and MassCPAs information on a monthly basis with your firm (an email is provided monthly)
- If available, attend young professional events and MassCPAs Annual Meeting
